Delivered nuclear performance reports analyzing station metrics against targets to support operational and management decision-making. Managed the Nuclear Generation Database (NuGen) for Pickering and strengthened data quality through Excel Pivot Tables and validation checks across Pickering and Darlington. Served as the INPO Coordinator and administered the Electronic Performance Reporting (EPR) system, ensuring accurate submissions, audit readiness, and fleet-wide benchmarking through monthly Report Card analysis.

Supported Pickering Nuclear Generating Station by managing and validating operational data to ensure accurate, compliant nuclear performance reporting. Strengthened data controls through Excel-based validation tools, developed Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and operational trends, and supported ad-hoc analysis and data governance initiatives within Integrated Fleet Management in collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, peak sales periods, and product demand trends to support data-driven decision-making, leading to an 85% improvement in operational efficiency. By analyzing sales and POS data, identified customer behavior patterns and optimized inventory planning, which reduced overstock and waste by 15%. Also collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on customer feedback and service trends, enhancing team performance and reducing service wait times by 20%.

Supported criminal defense cases by analyzing case data, evidence summaries, and court rulings to identify legal patterns and inform defense strategies.
