Delivered nuclear performance reports and generation forecasts by analyzing station metrics, outages, and safety indicators to support operational decision-making. Managed Nuclear Generation (NuGen) and financial databases for Pickering Nuclear, preparing budget and variance reports for stakeholders. Coordinated reporting to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, Institute of Nuclear Power Operations/WANO, and IESO while supporting compliance, benchmarking, and KPI-based performance analysis.

Analyzed operational and performance data at Pickering Nuclear to identify trends, support corrective actions, and improve reporting reliability. Developed Power BI and Crew Learning Brief dashboards to visualize KPIs, operational risks, and station insights for faster decision-making. Supported compliance with nuclear safety standards, administered the Electronic Performance Reporting (EPR) program, and collaborated with operations teams to ensure accurate performance monitoring and corporate reporting alignment.

Provided operational support and quality assurance by training new team members on standardized procedures and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Monitored KPIs, sales trends, and supply demand to improve daily operations, optimize inventory planning, and reduce waste.
